At Carlota Valeria Company, we take pride in the quality of our products. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept
returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
● The item has a clear manufacturing defect.
● The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
● The return request is made within 15 days of receiving the product.

3. How to Request a Return

If you believe your item has a defect, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Approved Returns & Replacements

● If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
● If a replacement is not available at the moment, we may offer a refund or we would offer you another sarong under a
new factory order.
● Customers are responsible for returning the defective item, unless otherwise instructed.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:
● Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
● Normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
● Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
